When user is playing the mobile game he is not able to choose a second challenge at LVL 17

Steps to reproduce:
1. Play the game until you reach level 17
2. Attempt to choose second challenge

Expected result:
Player should be able to choose second challenge.

Actual result:
After reaching level 17, the option to choose a second challenge is no longer available.
