Description:
After reaching level 17 players are not able to choose a second challenge at the same time

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the mobile simulator game
2. Reach level 17
3. Complete one challenge
4. Try to choose a second challenge while the first one is not completed.

Expected Result:
At level 17, players should be able to select two challenges at the same time

Actual Result:
After reaching level 17, only one challenge can be chosen.
