User can create Attendee when Name box is above maximum requirements

Description

User can create Attendee when name box has less then the minimum characters required in the specification.

Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Attendee
2. Fill the Name box with "Igor-Igor Igor-Igor Igor-Igor"
3. Fill other boxes with specification requirements (only required fields)
4. Click on create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Attendee should not be created

Actual result:
New attendee was successfully created
