Log-in issue user can create new user using Chinese alphabet:

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open the Qinterrap app
2.Click on "User" field, and click on create button
3.Fill the field
4.Click on create button

Expected results:
Error message appear and new user is not created

Actual results:
New user is successfully created
