Description

User can create new user with invalid inputs in the given fields

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the Interrapt
2.Click on users button
3.Click on create button
4.Enter a name with invalid inputs
6.enter a email with invalid inputs
7. enter password
8.Click on create button

expected results
You can't create new user

Actual results
New user is successfully created
