Surname field accepts more than 25 characters on Mentor create form

Description:
Mentor can be create when enter more than 25 characters on Surname filed

Precondition:
The user is already log in on page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
Steps to reproduce:
1.Go on dashboard menu
2.Select Mentors
3.Open the create form for Mentors
4.Fill the Name field with valid credentials
5.Fill the Surname with more than 25 characters
6.Fill the other fields with valid credentials
7.Click on create

Expect result:
Mentor is not created

Actual result:
Mentor is successfully created
