When you prove to created new attendee with less than 3 letters, the attendee is created successfully

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on Attendees button
2.Click on create button
3.Fill the name field with invalid inputs
4.Fill the surname field invalid inputs
5.Fill the email field invalid inputs
6.Fill the phone field invalid inputs
7.Fill the city field invalid inputs
8.Fill the High school field invalid inputs
9.Fill the Faculty field invalid inputs
10.Select webinar
11.Click on create button

Expected results
The user can't create new attendee with invalid inputs

Actual results
The new attendee is successfully created
