Description

User can edit an already existing Tag using other than the specified characters that are in the specification

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
2. Find an already existing Tag and click on Edit button
3. Change the Title field into invalid characters
4. Search the title of the newly edited Tag

Test Data:
3. Title field (マシュー2454!)
4. Search field (マシュー2454!)

Expected Result:
Tag isn't edited and error message appears

Actual Result:
Tag is edited successfully
