When you create a new attendee, you can create new attendee using arabic letters

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on Attendees button
2.Click on create button
3.Fill the name field with arabic letters
4.Fill the surname field with arabic letters
5.Fill the email field
6.Fill the phone field
7.Fill the city field
8.Fill the High school field
9.Fill the Faculty field
10.Select webinar
11.Click on create button

Expected results
You can't create new attendee

Actual results
The new attendee is successfully created
