openUser is able to create a Mentor when the Occupation box is above maximum requirements

Description
User is able to create a Mentor when the occupation box is more then the maximum specification requirements, no error message shown.
Steps to reproduce:
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Occupation box with "Quality Assurance Engineer Prilep Makedonija"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button
Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created
Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
