User is able to create a Mentor when Bio box has special characters that are not part of specification

Description

User is able to create a Mentor when in Bio box are used special characters that are not part of specification requirements, no error message is shown.

Steps to reproduce :
1. User is navigated to URL for creating Mentors
2. Fill the Bio box with "QA Software Tester Engineer at Brainster Academy !"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification
4. Click create button

Expected result:
Error message should appear and Mentor should not be created

Actual result:
New Mentor was successfully created
