G29 » Interrapt G29 - All issues

Description

User is able to create a new Tag using less then minimum characters, where the minimum is 5 characters.

Steps to reproduce:

1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Tag
2. Fill the Tag box with "Igor"
3. Click create

Expected result:

Error message should appear and Tag should not be created

Actual result:

New Tag was successfully created
