*Description* Description User is able to create a new Tag using less then minimum characters, where the minimum is 5 characters. *Steps Steps to reproduce:* reproduce: 1. User is navigated to URL for creating new Tag 2. Fill the Tag box with "Igor" 3. Click create *Expected result:* Expected result: Error message should appear and Tag should not be created *Actual result:* Actual result: New Tag was successfully created Platform: OS Windows 11
