User is able to create new User when Name box has special characters that are not part of the requirement.

Description

User is able to create a new User when using in Name box special characters that are not part of the documentation requirement, no error message is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to URL for creating new Users
2. Enter in Name box text "Igor @"
3. Fill the other required fields as per specification requirements.
4. Click create and observe.

Expected result:
User should not be able to create new User, error message should display for Name box.

Actual result:
User is able to create a new User.

Platform:
OS Windows 10
