User is able to create a new User when using in Name box special characters that are not part of the documentation requirement, no error message is displayed. *Steps to reproduce:* 1. Navigate to URL for creating new Users 2. Enter in Name box text "Igor !@" "Ig" 3. Fill the other required fields as per specification requirements. 4. Click create and observe. *Expected result:* User should not be able to create new User, error message should display for Name box. *Actual result:* User is able to create a new User. *Platform:* OS Windows 10 Goggle Chrome Version 120.0.6099.216 (Official Build) (64-bit) Fire Fox Quantum 62.0.3 (64-bit) Opera One(version: 101.0.4843.43)
