By observing Interrupt page in "Users" is detect a design bug on dropdown

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login with a valid user to the page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/dashboard
2.Click on "Users" in dashboard menu
3.Click the dropdown for "Name" or "Email"

Expected result:
On drop down field for "Name" and "Email" user can see one down arrow

Actual result:
On drop down field for "Name" and "Email" user can see two down arrow one over another
