Description:
Name field accept less than 3 characters when a new user is created

Precondition:
The user is already log in on page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to dashboard menu
2.Select Users
3.Open the create form
4.Fill the Name field with 2 characters
5.Fill the other fields with valid credentials
6.Click the create button

Expect result:
The user should not be created

Actual result:
The user is created
