*Description:* Name field accept less than 3 characters when a new user is created *Precondition:* The user is already log in on page https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login *Steps to reproduce:* 1.Go to dashboard menu 2.Select Users 3.Open the create form 4.Fill the Name field with 2 characters 5.Fill the other fields with valid credentials 6.Click the create button *Expect result:* The user should not be created *Actual result:* The user is created *Browser:* created.
