The user can create a new Webinar with images that do not meet the minimum and maximum dimension requirements.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the Webinar creation page.
2. Fill in the required fields such as Title, Description, Start and End Date, and Link.
3. Upload the image for the Webinar that does not meet the specified minimum and maximum dimensions (too large).
4. Select Mentor and Tag.
5. Attempt to create a new Webinar.

Expected results:
If the criteria are not met, the message should be shown that the image field is required in red
letters and the user should be prevented from creating a new Webinar.

Actual results:
The image that does not meet the criteria is accepted, and a new Webinar is created.
