In the surname field in attendees, the user can created new attendees with surname longer than 20 characters

Steps to reprodce
1.Click on Attendees button
2.Click on create button
3.Fill the name field
4.Fill the surname field longer than 20 characters
5.Fill the email field
6.Fill the phone field
7.Fill the city field
8.Fill the High school field
9.Fill the Faculty field
10.Select webinar
11.Click on create button

Expected results
You can't create new attendee

Actual results
The new attendee is created successfully
