In the attendee, you can add less than 3 characters in the city fied

Steps to reproduce
1.Click on Attendees button
2.Click on create button
3.Fill the name field
4.Fill the surname field
5.Fill the email field
6.Fill the phone field
7.Fill the city field with less than 3 characters
8.Fill the High school field
9.Fill the Faculty field
10.Select webinar
11.Click on create button

Expected results
the attendee is not created and error message is added with red letters in city field

Actual results
The new attendee is successfully created
