Description:
When less than 10 characters in length are enter in a Description field on a Webinar create form Webinar is created

Precondition:
The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login

Steps to reproduce:
1.Go to dashboard menu
2.Select Webinar
3.Open a create form
4.Fill the Description field with 3 characters
5.fill the other fields with valid credentials
6.Click on Create button

Expect result:
The Webinar is not created

Actual result:
The Webinar is created
