A user can successfully create a Webinar by adding an image with larger dimensions than the allowed maximum image dimensions, which is 1000 x 1000 pixels

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to Interrapt page, https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Click on Webinars from the sidebar menu
3. Click on the 'Create' button
4. Upload an image that is larger than 1000 x 1000 pixels in the file upload input field
5. Fill in the other input fields according to specifications
6. Click the 'Create' button

Expected Result:
An error message in red letters should appear under the file upload input field indicating that the field is required and the Webinar should not be created

Actual Result:
The Webinar is successfully created
