In the tag field in tags you can add korean letters
Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the url
2.Click on Tags button
3.Click on Create button
4.Enter tittle of tags with korean letters
expected results
The tag is not created an error message with red letters should be appear
Actual results
The tag is successfully created
