Description:
When user write misspelled word with unchecked suggestions option the spelling error functionality does not work.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open application
2. Uncheck suggestions
3. Write misspelled words
Expected result:
When user write misspelled words the spelling options should underline the mistaken word with red line.
Actual result:
Words are not underlined by spelling option.
