Functionality of the spelling error check feature in the new writing app with disabled word suggestions

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the writing app
2. Verify that the "Word suggestions" option is checked by default
3. Uncheck the "Word suggestions" option
4. Leave the "Spelling error check" option checked
5. Type a word with an intentional misspelling
6. Observe the behavior of the app

Expected Result:

1.The misspelled word should be underlined in red or otherwise visually indicated as an error
2.No word suggestions should appear

Actual Result:

1.Pass: The misspelled word is underlined in red, and no word suggestions appear
2.Fail: The misspelled word is not visually indicated as an error (no underlining or other visual cue), or word suggestions appear despite being disabled
