Although the application for printing is designed to print using two different printers, it favors Laser printer, and when the Laser printer is unavailable,
it isn't able to connect and print via the DMP.

Steps to reproduce:

1.Engage the Laser printer so it is unavailable for printing.
2.Log in to the printing application and click on print.
3.Let the application choose the laser printer in an attempt to print.
4.Upon failure to connect to the laser printer, the application should attempt to connect to the DMP and try to print.

Expected result
The application should succeed in connecting to the DMP and printing out the document.

Actual result
The application is unavailable to connect or print via the DMP and is biased to always choose the Laser printer.
