Printer default selection error and Dot Matrix error

Description

The application always defaults to the Laser printer. When the laser printer is unavailable, the application attempts to use the Dot Matrix printer but displays an error message instead of printing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the application.
2. Go to the print selection function.
3. Attempt to print with preselected option.

Expected result:
The application should print using the preselected Laser Printer if available.
Actual result:
The application defaults to the Laser printer, and when unavailable, it fails to print with the Dot Matrix printer, displaying an error message.
