Quote component not displaying on a quote longer than 7 words

Description

When editing the Quote content on the website, which should always display the quote text enclosed in quotation marks, the quote components are not visible when the quote exceeds 7 words.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to the website
2. Click on the "Edit" button of the "Quote component" section
3. Write a quote containing more than 7 words
4. Observe the result

Expected results: The quote components should be visible even when the quote extends beyond 7 words.

Actual results: If the quote text is beyond 7 words, the quote components are not shown.
