G30 » Interrapt G30

The Title field on the Tags page accepts all special characters, not only “-”, and “ . ” as per the specifications.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in and navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
2. Click on the Create button in the right top corner.
3. Enter special characters @#$%^ in the Title field.
4. Click on the Create button.

Expected result:
The entered special characters should not be accepted and the tag should not be successfully created.

Actual result:
The entered special characters are accepted and the new tag is successfully created.
