Description:
The User can creat a Tags with less than 5 characters, although in the specification says that the Tags cannot be created with less than 5 characters

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User should be navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. User should be registered on the website
3. Click on the 'Create' button
4. Enter text in the Tags field with less than 5 characters

Expected result:
The tag should not be created and an error message in red letters should be displayed

Actual result:
The User can create a Tags with less than 5 characters
