Invalid special characters in Name field

Description

Name field accepts special characters other than "-" and "." as specified when creating or editing a user

Steps to Reproduce:

1.Navigate and click on the create or edit button
2.Enter a name containing a special character other than "-" or "."
3.Click the "Create" or "Edit" button or press the "Enter" key on your keyboard

Expected Results:

  • The system should NOT save the issue and display an error message indicating that the Name field only accepts (-) and (.)
  • The entered text with the invalid character should NOT be displayed in the Name field

Actual Results:

1.The system saves the issue
2.The system does not display an error message
3.The entered text with the invalid character is displayed in the Name field
