G30 » Interrapt G30

The User is able to create a Webinar with less than 10 characters in length, in a Description field on a 'Create' Webinar.

Steps to reproduce:
1. The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
2. Go to dashboard menu
2. Navigate to the Webinar page
3. Click on a 'Create' button
4. Type in the Description field less than 10 characters
5. Fill the other fields with valid credentials
6. Click on Create button

Expect result:
The Webinar is not created

Actual result:
The Webinar can be create with minimum 3 Characters
