The user is able to create a Webinar with other special characters than "-" and "."

Steps to reproduce:
1. The user is already log in on https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login
1. Navigate to dashboard menu
2. Click on the Webinars page
3. Click on the 'Create' button
4. Fill the Title field with other special characters than "-" and "."
5. Fill the other fields with valid credentials
6. Click on 'Create' button

Expect result:
The Webinar is not created, because the Title field is fill with other special characters than "-" and "."

Actual result:
The Webinar is created
