Description: When the user is navigating to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users, user should be able to delete the user by click "Delete" functionality button, actually delete functionality button is not displayed

Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in.
2.Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/users
3.Observe the Action column ("edit" and "delete" functionality button should be displayed).

Expect result: "Delete" button should be displayed at the right side of "Edit" button.

Actual result: "Delete" button is displayed at the right side of "Edit" button.
