In tags the drop-down menu disappears after clicking on the 'All' option.

Precondition:
The user is logged in and navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags

Steps to reproduce:
1. Observe the listed made tags and locate the drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
2. Click on the drop-down menu.
3. Find the 'All' option and click on it.

Expected result:
After choosing 'All' option, the dropdown menu should remain visible, allowing users to choose different option.

Actual result:
After choosing the 'All' option, the drop-down menu disappears, making users unable to choose from the other options.
