Description:
Webinar can be created with title name with less then 5 characters.
Steps to reproduce.
1. Navigate to the page and log in
2. Navigate to the Webinars.
3. Click on 'Create'
4. Enter valid credentials, but the title name must be less than 5 characters.
5. Click on 'Create'
Expected result:
- Error message "The title field is required" with red letters should be displayed
Actual result:
-The webinar was created.
