G30 » Interrapt G30

The system allows to create a "Tag" title with less than 5 characters against acceptance criteria (min. 5 characters)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in on Interappt
2. Navigate to "Tags" page
3. Click "CREATE" button in upper left corner
4. Enter in the "Title" input field less than five characters
5. Click "CREATE" button
6. Observe the result

Expected result:
User should not be able to create new Tag with less than five characters

Actual result:
User is able to create new Tag with less than five characters followed with success message
