G30 » Interrapt G30

Description:
On the Tags page, the Title field should not accept special characters other than "-" and "." but it does

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to the Tags Page
2.Click the Create button
3.Enter Tag name and include "@" and "!" special characters in the name field

Expected Result:
An error message should be displayed indicating that unacceptable special characters have been entered

Actual Result:
Entered Tag name accepted and Tag created
