When user try to edit Tags, acceptance criteria is not met

Description

Description: When user try to EDIT tag, Title filed accept less than 5 characters in length, a message a message "Tags has been successfully edited" is displayed.

Steps to reproduce:
1.User should be logged in and navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
2.Click on the EDIT button
3.Fill the title field "Qa1"
4.Click on the EDIT button

Expected results: When user try EDIT Tag, Title filed should not accept less than 5 characters, if criteria is not met, a message should be show that the title filed ins required in red letters.

Actual results: When user try to edited Tag, Title filed accept less than 5 characters, a message "Tags has been successfully edited" is displayed.
