Description:
When user is navigating through pages from dashboard menu, there is free space in page header. In the free space there could be title of page, for example for page 'Tags' in header could be word #TAGS.

Steps:
1. Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/tags
2. Go to 'Tags' page
3. Observe header of page

Expected result:
There should be title #Tags in header, well designed so user can easily spot on which page is navigated.

Actual result:
In header there is blank space and in right side CREATE 'button'.
