Precondition
The user must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the interappt webpage
2.Click on the Hamburger icon in the upper left corner
3.Click on Users
4.Click on the Create button
5.Click on the Name field
6.Enter less then 3 or more than 25 characters in the Name field
7.Click on the Email field

Expected Result
The user should not be able to enter less than 3 or more than 25 characters, a validation message with red letters should pop up on the Name field.

Actual Result
The user is able to enter less than 3 and more than 25 characters. A validation message does not pop up.
