Interrapt G31

Description:
After selecting the create button on the tags menu and filling the "Title" field with less than 5 and more than 20 characters in length the title field can create a tag

Environment
Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Pre-conditions
User must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce
1.Navigate to the https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/
2.Click on the "Tags" menu
3.Click on the "CREATE" button
4.Fill in the "Title" field with less than 5 and more than 20 characters
5.Click on the "CREATE" button

Expected Result
After the "Title" field is filled with less than 5 and more than 20 characters and the user has selected the "CREATE" button the tag should not be created and a message should be displayed "whoops! Something went wrong" with read letters

Actual Result
After the "Title" field is filled with less than 5 and more than 20 characters the tag is created
