Description
We fill the Name field with less than 3 characters(or more then 25) and when we position the cursor in the next field, Email, we do not get a message in red letters that the Name field accept minimum 3 and maximum 25 characters in length.
Environment
Platform/OS: Microsoft Edge
Version 125.0.2535.92 (Official build) (64-bit)
Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max
Dimensions: 430 x 932

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the interappt webpage
2. Login with valid credentials
3. Click on the Hamburger menu
3. Click on Users
4. Click on the Create button in the top right corner
5. Click on the Name field
6. In the Name field enter two characters /more then 25 characters
7. Click on the Email field
Expected results
An error message should be displayed that the Name filed is required, with red letters.
Actual results
No error message is displayed and the cursor is moved to the email field.
