Preconditions
The user must be preregistered

Steps to reproduce
1. Navigate to the interappt webpage
2. Click on the Hamburger icon in the upper left corner
3. Click on Webinars
4. Click on the create button in the upper right corner
5. Click on the Title field
6. Enter less than 5 or more than 50 characters in the Title field
7. Click on the Description field

Expected Result
The user should not be able to enter less than 5 or more than 50 characters in the Title field. A validation message with red letters should pop up under the field.

Actual Result
The user is able to enter less than 5 and more than 50 characters in the Title field and a validation message does not pop up under the field.
