Interrapt G31

Description
When users are searching through users using the email field they are able to leave it blank and are able to enter more than the specified amount of characters (25).
Environment
Google Chrome Version 125.0.6422.142 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Pre-condition
The user must be preregistered
steps to reproduce
1.Navigated to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login.
2.Log in with valid credentials
3.Click on the 'Users' from navigation menu.
4.Click on the 'Email' field.
5.Leave the 'Email field empty or filled with more than 26 characters.
Expected result
The user should be required to enter atleast 1 character and a valid prefix and should be limited to entering a maximum of 26 characters.
Actual result
The user is able to leave the email field blank and is able to enter more than the specified amount of characters.
