Preconditions

Must be Navigate to https://qainterrapt.brainster.xyz/login.
Must be Logged in

Steps to Reproduce
1.Navigate to the "Mentors" menu
2.Click the "CREATE" button fill in the "Name" field with data
3.Fill in the "Surname" field with data
4.Fill in the "Email" field with data
5.Fill in the "Bio" field data
6.Fill in the "Occupation" field with less than 3 characters in length
7.Click on the "CREATE" button

Expected results
The mentor should not be created and the user should receive a message that a minimum of 3 characters in length is allowed

Actual results
The mentor is created
