Description
When the user is filling in field “Occupation” he can insert less then the allowed 5 characters
Environment
Platform/OS: Mozilla Firefox
Version: 127.0 (64-bit)

Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the platform.
2. Navigate to Mentors.
3. Click on the Create button.
4. In the “Occupation” field insert less then 5 characters
5. Click on the “Create” button.
Expected Results
User should not be able to create a mentor with less then 5 characters in the “Occupation” field
Actual Result
User is able to create or edit mentors with less then 5 characters in the “Occupation” field
