Interrapt G21

Description
The title of the webinar accepts less than 5 characters and other special characters and numbers (the criteria is not met)

1. Navigate to the application
2. Go to Webinar
3. Click on the Create button
4. Write a word with 3 letters, special character (different than "." and "-") and a number
5. Enter the other required information
6. Click on Create button as a final step

Expected result
A message should be shown that the title field is required with red letters (because the criteria is not met)

Actual result
The user can create a title even if the criteria is not met
