Surname fields accepts more than the specified characters

Description

When the users are adding their surname in the 'Surname' field other characters than the ones specified are accepted ('-','.').

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the platform
2. Navigate to Mentors
3. Click on the Surname field
4. In the 'Surname' field add Tushevski@
5. Click on the 'Create' button
6. The user is successfully created
